Creston Community Service Club
2009 SUMMER DAY CAMP

Thanks to all who made it possible.
The Creston Community Service Club 2009 Summer Day Camp program had a total of 62 children sign up with an average of 31 children a day. A light breakfast was served, a snack, and then sack lunches were sent home with the children every day. The sack lunches were donated by four area churches, Creston Methodist, Creston Presbyterian, Church of God, and the Canaan Baptist Church with the Creston Community Service Club suppling the breakfast. After the food was eaten we had different programming from different people every day together with playing on the Village playground equipment or playing some sort of organized game like kick ball, duck duck goose, relay races, etc. The children seemed to enjoy everything.
The Creston Community Service Club wants to thank everyone and every organization or business that helped with this program together with giving a little recognition to them as follows:

Thanks to the Village of Creston for allowing us to use the Murray Hall building in the park for this program.
